The Gardens are located
16 miles north of Hilo, Hawaii, and consist of hundreds of acres of prime agricultural
land abutting the Belt Highway on the east,
and extending 1.5 miles up the slope of the extinct Mauna Kea volcano
to the west. The northern border is between the Umauma River and the Hakalau Gulch which is feed by Kamaee stream among others that flow from Mauna Kea.
Come
view the spectacular pristime waterfall cascading nearly a hundred feet
through pristine tropical forest.
Soak
in the beauty of our spectacular 360-degree vistas including Mauna Kea, sweeping ocean
views and pasteral settings of a cattle ranch of the paniola style.

the peace and quiet among the trees as you walk the nature trail winding
through the rain forest with the myriads of waterfalls tumbling along Honopueo Stream.

beside the 80-meter-long wall covered with hundreds of wild orchids and
our colorful Rainbow Walk which includes 100 species of Bromeliads.
